Songs from Sesame Street was released by Peter Pan Records in 1970. This album consists of songs that were not originally created for Sesame Street, but had been performed on the show. Since it was not an official Children's Television Workshop release, these recordings are by unnamed studio singers and musicians, and not the actual recordings from the show. However, the back cover contains an essay about the show, as well as a list of the episodes in which each song appeared.
