Snook is a skunk who lives in Woodland Valley on Bear in the Big Blue House. He may be somewhat stinky, but that doesn't stop him from being a good friend to Bear and the kids from the Big Blue House. Snook is very sensitive to being startled.
Snook appeared in the third season episode "Smellorama".
The puppet skunk was originally featured as Stinky the Skunk, a regular character on The Animal Show, and again re-used on Sesame Street as a generic skunk.
"Snook" was later used as the name for the the main character, a sloth (also performed by Linz), in another Mitchell Kriegman creation, It's a Big Big World.
