"Six String Orchestra" is Scooter's big musical number from episode 417.

This number takes place in a bedroom, with Scooter playing guitar. Floyd Pepper, Janice, Animal and Zoot appear in a ghost-like form in Scooter's room, and eventually the scene changes to them performing on a big stage, backed by many horn players (including Nigel).

In the 1985 Muppet video, Children's Songs and Stories with the Muppets, Scooter calls "Six String Orchestra" his "personal favorite," because he sings it.
