Singalotti is an Italian opera singer who entered Mopatop's Shop in the episode "Singalotti" to find a new singing partner. His normal partner, Madam Butterfly, has lost her voice in a tree and can't find it. His requirements for a new partner are that she must be small, green, round and leafy, after all the show are called "The all green singing show". He ends up leaving the shop with a Lettuce.

In "Stan the One Man Band," Singalotti is helped by Stan the Music Man when Singalotti's flea orchestra has fled.

The puppet was recycled from the Fraggle Rock character Blustering Bellowpane Monster.
