Signora Barbara F. Seville is pianist for the Birdapest Symphony Orchestra under Leonard Birdseed. On the album Elmo and the Orchestra, she helps Elmo in trying to remember his favorite piece of classical music by playing a Chopin waltz.

Her name is a nod to the opera The Barber of Seville.
