Shanna Moakler (b. 1975) is an American model and actress, and former Miss USA. who is best known for her MTV reality show Meet the Barkers.

Moakler appeared with Red Fraggle at the Jim Henson Company's Fraggle Rock Holiday Toy Drive Benefit event at Kitson in West Hollywood on December 9, 2009.

Moakler has also posed for Playboy magazine, and guest starred on CSI: Crime Scene Investigation and Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman, and was a contestant on the third season of Dancing with the Stars.
