Sesamstraat Kerstspecial is a Sesamstraat Christmas special, produced by the Dutch co-production of Sesame Street. Besides the typical Christmas holiday, the show also celebrates the 40th anniversary of the original show.
The Sesamstraat characters decorate the street for the Christmas spirit. The special contains clips from classic Sesame Street episodes, plus special musical numbers sung by the Sesamstraat Muppets, together with several famous Dutch performers and actors.

| ||Stoepkrijt (Sidewalk Chalk) is sung by Edsilia Rombley and Pino. During this song, the dog Masha comes along and poos in the sky that's being drawn on the sidewalk, adding a weird 'cloud' to the drawing.|

| ||A short rhyme about finding some coals, a carrot and a hat... to conclude on this spot once stood a snowman.|
| ||Zeg, zal ik je eens even wat vertellen? (± Hey, I've Got Something To Tell You) is sung by Trijntje Oosterhuis and Ieniemienie. According to the song grownups think they can count everything, but if you ask them questions like "How many drops of water fit in a glass?", they get confused.|
| ||Purk is scared by Frank, who's disguised as a ghost. He thinks that is a good joke, but Purk is really scared!|
| ||Goudvis (Goldfish) is sung by Guus Meeuwis and Pino. They got a goldfish and a fish tank, while all they wanted was a dog. During the song, Guus holds a goldfish in a plastic bag. At the end he lets the fish swim in the tank.|

| ||Trappetje naar de maan (Stairway to the Moon) is sung by Huub van der Lubbe and Tommie. They sing about visiting the moon while preparing for bed.|
| ||Two characters sleep in a bunk bed, but there's only one blanket. They find all sorts of things to distract the other so they can steal the blanket. In the end, they both sleep in the same bed and share the blanket.|
| ||Ik weet heus wel waar ik woon (± I Actually Know Where I Live Myself) is sung by Hind and Pino. Pino does not find it pleasant that a stranger brings him back home, and certainly that his mother thanks her and gives her a kiss for it!|

André grabs a cardboard television, and through this TV we see them perform. In the background, there is an orchestra with Tommie, Frank, Arjan, Meneer Aart, and Lot. |
