The Sesame Street Playcase is a Sesame Street toy set made by Ideal Toys in the early 1970s. The Playcase opens into a miniature stage set of Sesame Street locations, including Hooper's Store, the Fix-It Shop, and the Sesame Street laundromat. Characters and props can fit into the slots in the set to create familiar scenes from the show.
Ernie can browse the selection of Rubber Duckies sold by Mr. Hooper, while Cookie Monster sneaks a cookie. Big Bird can try to help Luis fix a broken television set. Susan is ready in the laundromat with a pile of dirty clothes to wash. Bert, Oscar the Grouch and two Anything Muppet kids are also on hand.
