The Potato Sack Racer PVC toy

The McDonald's fast food chain produced a line of Sesame Street Happy Meal toys in 2003 based on popular Fisher-Price toys. The "under-3" toys for young children were based on actual Sesame Street toys -- Chicken Dance Elmo and Potato Sack Racers.

The toys were PVC figures with bouncy legs similar to a bobble head doll, enabling the Chicken Dance Elmo to dance, and the Potato Sack Racer Elmo to bounce.
