McDonald's in Australia offered four Sesame Street toys with their Happy Meals in October 1999. The plastic toys could be linked to create a street scene, and came with decorative stickers. Pieces included:

• Elmo skateboarding up a ramp
• Oscar the Grouch in his trash can in front of a green building
• Big Bird playing hopscotch in front of a purple building
• Grover playing basketball in front of a yellow building
