Sergei Vasilievich Rachmaninoff (1873–1943) was a Russian composer, pianist, and conductor. Influenced by Tchaikovsky and other Russian composers, the piano figures prominently in his original compositions.

He was spoofed with the worm band the Flying Rachmaninoffs.
