Scram-I-Am is a Grouch and the star of the Grouchy Stories tale "Rotten Eggs and Jam." He's a parody of the Dr. Seuss character Sam-I-Am from Green Eggs and Ham.

Scram-I-Am speaks in rhyme, explaining his willingness to eat rotten eggs and Jam anywhere, even next to "this big guy" (Gordon in Cat in the Hat style headgear). When the big guy spouts off the sponsors, however, he loses his appetite and tosses his meal aside.
