The German company Schleich produced a line of thirteen Fraggle Rock PVC figures in 1983, consisting of the six main Fraggles, three Doozers, Sprocket, and three Gorgs.
The following figures were made:
- Gobo Fraggle, playing his guitar
- Red Fraggle, walking with her hands in the air
- Wembley Fraggle, holding one finger on his chin and his tail in a curl
- Boober Fraggle, holding his scarf in one hand and a walking stick in the other
- Mokey Fraggle, holding a flower in both hands
- Uncle Traveling Matt, looking in the distance holding one hand over his eyes
- Red helmet Doozer with drill
- Purple helmet Doozer with a moustache and a walkie talkie
- Orange helmet Doozer sitting on lunchbox having coffee
- Junior Gorg, walking
- Ma Gorg, walking and holding handkerchief
- Pa Gorg, pointing upwards
- Sprocket, walking
The sculpts were based on publicity photos and illustrations which can be found in one of the Fraggle Rock Annuals. Applause later released six of the figures in the United States.
The Schleich figures of Ma and Pa Gorg appeared on the show itself, surmounting the Gorgs' wedding anniversary cake in the episode "Ring Around the Rock."
A Spanish company produced a line of Doozer playsets to go with the figures.
Schleich also produced lines of Muppet PVC figures and Muppet Babies PVC figures.
