In the 1980s, several volumes of complete episodes were released on VHS and CED, including the very first episode, hosted by George Carlin. Other episodes included Richard Pryor and Robert Klein.
Saturday Night Live: The Complete First Season DVD[]
Saturday Night Live: The Complete First Season is an 8-disc DVD collection which was released on December 5, 2006. The set contains all 24 episodes from the first season of Saturday Night Live, when the Muppets were part of the cast.
The uncut episodes include the first 14 (of 15) "Land of Gortch" segments starring "Jim Henson's Muppets." This marks the DVD debut of any Gortch content.

Saturday Night Live: The Complete Second Season is an 8-disc DVD collection which was released on December 4, 2007. The set contains all 22 episodes from the second season of Saturday Night Live. The Muppets were featured in the first episode of the season.
The uncut episodes include the final Land of Gortch segments featured in the episode hosted by Lily Tomlin.
