Saskia van Schaik played Saskia on Sesamplein, the pilot for the Dutch co-production of Sesame Street.

Saskia works at the children's hospital. She is married to Ruud. In the pilot, Ruud and Saskia show a little girl around her new neighborhood.

Saskia only appeared in the pilot and was never on Sesamstraat.
