Sarge appeared in the Dinosaurs episode "Nuts to War (part 2)." Playing on the B-movie cliche of the weary sage older soldier, Sarge is in command of Robbie's unit of the Pangaean army, and lost an eye to a stick with his name on it. When another wooden missile results in complete blindness, Sarge is reluctantly forced home and hands his command over to Robbie.
