Sandra Shamas (b. 1957) is a Canadian comedian and puppeteer. A veteran of improv groups, Shamas was one of many Canadian performers recruited for Fraggle Rock. While working on the series, she met her future husband, Frank Meschkuleit (although the couple subsequently divorced).
Shamas subsequently established herself as a comic monologuist with a series of self-produced one-woman shows, ranging from My Boyfriend's Back and There's Going to Be Laundry to Wit's End.
