Samuel E. Wright (b. 1946) is an American actor best known as the voice of Sebastian the crab in Disney's The Little Mermaid. Wright reprised his role as the voice of Sebastian for the unaired pilot episodes of Little Mermaid's Island, a proposed Disney Channel series using puppets made by the Muppet Workshop.

A Broadway actor, Wright has been nominated for a Tony for his roles in The Lion King and The Tap Dance Kid (featuring Alfonso Ribeiro). Other credits include guest spots on Law & Order and The Cosby Show, and Pippin, Jesus Christ Superstar and Two Gentlemen of Verona on stage.
