Sally Field (b. 1946) is an Oscar-winning actress who has appeared on the January 13, 1992 episode of Sesame Street. In her appearance, Field entertains Telly Monster with impersonations of various Sesame Street characters. Footage of Field mimicking the eating habits of Cookie Monster was included in the 1994 special Stars and Street Forever!.

Some of Field's other screen credits include: Gidget (1965–1966) as Gidget, The Flying Nun (1967–1970) as Sister Bertrille, Sybil (1976) as Sybil Dorsett, Lethal Weapon (1987) as a reporter, Mrs. Doubtfire (1993) as Miranda Hillard, Forrest Gump (1994) as Mrs. Gump, The Amazing Spider-Man (2012) as Aunt May, and Lincoln (2012) as Mary Todd Lincoln.
