Rumple Fraggle is a friend of Large Marvin who wears an aviator's hat and goggles.
He appeared in Episode 221: Wembley and the Great Race, Episode 304: The Grapes of Generosity, Episode 317: Playing Till It Hurts, and Episode 406: A Tune for Two. In the episode Episode 221: Wembley and the Great Race Rumple bets Boober Fraggle radishes on who they think will win the race.
