Roy is a frog in Kermit's Swamp Years. He's a friendly fellow who welcomes Blotch and Goggles to the pet store on behalf of the other frogs. He takes a particular liking to Blotch despite his threat to "hurt his hurts."

Roy's simple design is reminiscent of the group of frogs seen in The Frog Prince.
