Romeo Scuggs is a Grouch from Gila Monster, New Mexico. He appears on Oscar's game show Real Grouches wearing a straw hat and a yellow bandana, and playing his violin. Romeo can play screechy notes on his violin while telling people to "scram" without missing a beat - a talent that makes him quite proud.
