Roley Moley is a Mopatop's Shop customer who comes into the shop looking for a sign in the episode "This Way to the Garden". After getting the sign he comes back to get a fence to put it on, and while he's in the shop anyway decides he might as well get a garden, too.
The puppet was re-used as a groundhog, appearing alongside Bean Bunny in a special Groundhog's Day greeting for Muppets.com in 2009. He was originally used as Magda in a Swift Wits sketch in Episode 110 of Muppets Tonight.
