Rocko

Rocko is Pip and Pop's cousin. He looks just like Pip and Pop, except that he's got a wave of white hair. Rocko has only been seen on episode: "Rockin' Rocko." He once had a shy personality, but adopted a "cool" one to fit in. His jokes hurt feelings, though, and he learns that its better to just be himself around others.
