Rockne S. O'Bannon

Rockne S. O'Bannon (b. 1955) is a television writer and producer who created Farscape, and served as an executive producer, as well as writing several episodes (sometimes under the pseudonym "Steven Rae"). O'Bannon had previously created the series Alien Nation and Seaquest DSV. Other writing credits include eight episodes of the 1985 Twilight Zone series (where he also served as story editor), an episode of Steven Spielberg's Amazing Stories, and teleplays for the TV movies Creature, Fatal Error, Invasion and The Triangle.
