"Rock 'N Roll Star" is a Sesame Street song by Little Jerry and the Monotones in a late 1980's episode about what being a rock star is all about, such as having the right outfit, right lyrics and practicing.

Gina (president of the band's fan club in the Sesame Street area) freaks out when she reads a letter that says they're visiting the street that day. David allows her to miss work and they spot Little Jerry, Big Jeffy and an unnamed Monotone (Richard Hunt) singing the song as they walk down the street. Gina can barley contain herself and eventually faints from excitement.
