Rock & Roll! is a Sesame Street video that was released by Random House in 1990 in the "Sesame Songs Home Video" series. It was hosted by Jackman Wolf, who played various rock & roll songs from Sesame Street on his Sesame Street Rock & Roll Request Show.
As the show opens, Jackman Wolf gets a request to play "Monster in the Mirror". Gina wants to request her favorite group, Little Jerry and the Monotones, who Jackman tries to reach over the phone. There's a connection problem, so Jackman has Gina request her second favorite group, Chrissy and the Alphabeats. She can't decide between two songs from that group, so Jackman plays both.
Bert calls to request "It's Hip to Be a Square". The Count and a Countess request songs about 9 and 40. Jackman calls the police to find Little Jerry, and gets two requests. Oscar the Grouch requests "The Word is No". Finally, the police bring in Little Jerry and the Monotones, and they get to sing.
