Rob Paulsen (b. 1956) is an Emmy Award-winning voice actor who worked on the animated version of Fraggle Rock, providing the voices of Boober, Sprocket, and Marjory the Trash Heap. He was also heard in the Movie Mania "Screen Test" interstitials, as the announcer and the off-screen director.

Paulsen's other work includes voicing Yakko and Pinky on Animaniacs and working alongside Townsend Coleman on The Tick (as Arthur) and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (as Raphael). He also provided voices for Jimmy Neutron, Brandy & Mr. Whiskers, Oh Yeah! Cartoons, Danny Phantom, The Fairly OddParents, and Catscratch.
