Richard Roundtree

Richard Roundtree (b. 1942) played Kwame in the 1997 film George of the Jungle, which featured animatronic animals created by Jim Henson's Creature Shop.

Roundtree is best known for playing the leading role in the early 1970s Shaft blaxploitation films. He's appeared in more than 100 films and television shows, including Se7en, Desperate Housewives and Alias.
