Rentro is a brown-nosing ursine agent for C.O.V.N.E.T. in Muppets from Space. He's the deferential assistant to K. Edgar Singer, but ultimately sympathizes with the captured Gonzo's plight.

According to the Muppet Mindset interview with Bill Barretta, the line "The goat?" in response to K. Edgar Singer's request for the remote was put in to try to make Jeffrey Tambor laugh, as the actor had claimed no one could make him laugh on set. It worked; Tambor can briefly be seen smirking before the scene cuts. [1].
