Ray Charles (1930 - 2004) was a popular musician and singer of soul and R&B music.
1975: Appeared on The Cher Show with Kermit the Frog, joining him in a duet of It's Not Easy Bein' Green.
1977: Appeared on Sesame Street to sing "Oh, What a Beautiful Morning."
1989: Sang "Bein' Green" with a chorus of Muppets on the TV special Sesame Street: 20 and Still Counting.
1990: Appeared on The Muppets Celebrate Jim Henson.
1991: Appeared in the Sesame Street music video for Monster in the Mirror.
