"Ragtime Queen" is sung by Mokey in the Fraggle Rock episode "Mokey's Funeral."

When Junior Gorg sets a trap at the entrance to the Gorgs' Garden, Mokey creates a doll named Rags in her own image to use as a decoy. Mokey, who has been feeling isolated from her friends, sings the song as an ode to Rags, who has helped relieve her loneliness, before sacrificing her creation to the Gorgs.
