Puppy-Face Felson first appeared on Dog City episode Adventures in Puppysitting. he is known as the world greatest criminal child impersonator. He was hired by Bugsy to steal Zsa Zsa Gbark's Hope on a Rope Diamond. The plan goes awry when Puppyface is put into Ace's care.

Puppy-Face returned for a gag cameo in Out of the Mouths of Pups along with Meat the Butcher and Screwie Louie.

His name is a take on the famed ganster, Baby Face Nelson.
