Professor Hugh Mungous is a scientist who appears in the Mopatop's Shop episode "The Bigulator." Possessing a light German accent, Professor Mungous is the inventor of the Bigulator, a mechanism which can enlarge any object. He offers it to Mopatop to sell in his shop.

Hugh was a modified version of Anthony from The Jim Henson Hour.
