Polly Piper is Peter Piper's parrot. She was mentioned in a Sesame Street News Flash sketch where Kermit tries to have a word with Peter Piper, who seems to be in Portland pressing pants. In that same sketch, it is revealed that she knows how to peck pickled peppers.
