"Poison to Poison" (spelled "Poisen to Poisen" on the source album) is one of the surviving episodes of Sam and Friends, and one of the few known to have been broadcast in color.

In this lipsynched "Person to Person" parody, Harry the Hipster (spoofing Edward R. Murrow as "Ed Burrow," complete with cigarette) interviews Chicken Liver (as Alfred Hitchcock) in his rather horrifying home. Yorick makes a cameo appearance as a butler.

Voice actor Paul Frees performed all of the characters on the soundtrack.
