Platinum All-Time Favorites was first released on CD and cassette in 1995. The album was reissued on CD by Koch Records in 2008. The re-released album includes the same track listing, with new cover art and a lyrics booklet.

It was recently announced that the album would be inducted into the Library of Congress's National Recording Registry.[1]
