Pierre LaCousse is a French chef whose only appearance on The Muppet Show was in the Panel Discussion sketch in episode 119. Pierre appeared with Kermit, Vincent Price, and Gorgon Heap. After Gorgon Heap ate the meal that Pierre had prepared, he ate Pierre as well.
