Phil Fraggle appeared in the Fraggle Rock episode "New Trash Heap in Town." A bespectacled character (using the same glasses as Brio the Minstrel), Phil is a Fraggle folk singer who performs "Easy is the Only Way to Go," celebrating how Mokey has saved the Fraggles from having to think for themselves.
