Peasants

The Peasants are an assemblage of Whatnots in The Frog Prince. The populace of the nameless kingdom ruled by King Rupert the Second, the peasants provide polite chuckles, friendly applause, and gasps of amazement, as directed by Featherstone. They also sing the special's finale, "Anthems of Joy."
On the rare occasion when the proletariat voice their displeasure, following the announcement of Taminella's coronation, the group waves pitchforks and other farming instruments, reminiscent of the angry villagers in the Frankenstein films. For the most part, however, they seem content with their rule under that genial, scheming despot Rupert.
The group is identified as "Peasants" in the liner notes of the Frog Prince soundtrack album.
