Paul Pencil

Paul Pencil is an animate writing utensil with a generously bushy black moustache. Dicky Tick interviewed him in a Sesame Street segment, "Dicky Tick's In, On, and Under." Paul originally had no place to call home, moving from chair to table to the floor, until one day, someone picked him up and put him in the drawer of a lovely early American desk, changing his life for the better. He still lives there to this day, occasionally going out to do some math or write a letter.

Paul terminates the interview by asking Tick to please close the drawer.
