Paul Jacobs (b. 1950)^[1] has written songs for Sesame Street, usually with Sarah Durkee, including "Every Bit of Litter Hurts", and served as musical arranger for several albums. He has also voiced such Muppet characters as Moe Cocker and one of The Beetles. Jacobs later composed and vocalized on Between the Lions.
