A two-time Emmy Award-winning designer, Paul Hartis joined the Jim Henson Company in 1988 as a Puppet Designer/Project Supervisor. From his 14 years on staff to 2010, Paul has built and or designed over 150 puppets and supervised 4 television series, 4 commercials and a movie. Paul was a spokesperson on a 10-city book tour for The Muppets Big Book of Crafts and an occasional puppeteer. Most recently, he has continued to work on various Sesame projects as well as the Henson Alternative pilot Tinseltown.
