Paul Andrejco designed all of the characters that the NY Muppet Workshop built for Bear in the Big Blue House. He also designed other pilot productions that were never produced, and designed and/or built characters for The Secret Life of Toys, The Animal Show, and Animal Jam.

His company, Puppet Heap, currently handles maintenance of the Muppets under care of The Muppets Studio. Through the company, he led the design process for Walter.
