At Little Red Riding Hood's birthday party, everyone gathers around to play the fairy tale party game, "Fetch a Pail of Water". The pail magically appears and everyone tries to catch him. Jack gets tired of running and sees how well Elmo is at chasing the pail, so he uses his birthday wish to make speed up faster to catch the pail.
