The PS22 chorus is an elementary school chorus from Public School 22 in Graniteville, Staten Island (New York). It is composed of 60-70 fifth-graders, and is directed by Gregg Breinberg. The chorus was featured on several major national news and music networks after its videos had gained international attention within the popular video-sharing site YouTube. As of December, 2011 the chorus’ videos have been watched more than 39,000,000 times.

The chorus performed an updated version of "Somebody Come and Play" for Sesame Street and appeared in a music video for the song featuring "a bounty of red balls and children launch in every direction celebrating the connection between music and play."

The video was conceived, produced and directed by NELA Films (produced by Stephanie Kemp and directed by Adam Bluming). The performance was filmed at the end of June 2011 featuring the PS22 Chorus of 2011 along with a solo by chorus member Renee. The segment debuted during season 42 in episode 4267.

A former member of the 2004 chorus, Deon Mitchell, later recorded vocals for the remake of "Count Me In" for Season 43.

The 2013 chorus attended the Annual Sesame Workshop Benefit Gala, performing "Ho Hey," "Wonderwall," and "Sing" with the Sesame Street Muppets.
