Osvaldo, el Gruñón (Oswald the Grouch) is Oscar the Grouch's Puerto Rican counterpart. He appears in Season 11 of Sesame Street, and then in subsequent seasons as a background grouch, sans nose.
The Osvaldo puppet has the ability to move his eyes.
