"Oscar's Junk Band" was, of course, performed by Oscar the Grouch and His Junk Band. The song was performed when Bob was about to throw out an old broom handle, until Oscar rescues it for his washtub bass, leading to a song about recycling. Bob compliments their environmental message, but Oscar simply tells him he does not care.
