"One Note Samba" was performed by Kaye Ballard in The Muppet Show Episode 123. She was interrupted by Miss Piggy, who tried to join in, and the pair battled for dominance and tried to upstage each other with various instruments. Kaye finally triumphed, with the help of a tuba. The Muppet Orchestra provided accompaniment.
