Noah is one of the stars of Sippuray Sumsum, the Israeli co-production of Sesame Street. He appeared from 2002 until 2006, when the series was folded into a revived Rechov Sumsum. Noah was one of several characters retained.
On Sippuray Sumsum, Noah and his friend Brosh were assistants in the workshop of Jewish handyman Tzachi. Tzachi and his Arab neighbor, Ibtisam, taught their young Muppet friends life lessons by telling them stories. [1]
Noah is five years old, and is described by Sesame Workshop as one who is "good-natured, enthusiastic, friendly, and takes everything literally." He tends to act without thinking, but his intentions are good. Slightly self-centered, Noah thinks the world revolves around him and that he's invincible. However, he still retains childhood fear of thunder, monsters (scary monsters, that is), and the like.
